Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026.
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It explains how Muscle Mix LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data.
1. Consumer health data we collect
We may collect limited self-reported information that relates to your health, including your answer to our waitlist goals question (for example, interest in preserving muscle and mobility with age, or weight-management goals) and, if you join our tester program, self-reported information about your training, activity, supplement use, energy, recovery, and how you feel using our products.
2. Purpose of collection and use
We use this data to operate our waitlist and tester programs, to evaluate and improve our products and formulations (including in aggregated or de-identified form), and to communicate with you about the founding window and your participation. We collect and use consumer health data only with your consent.
3. Sources
We collect consumer health data directly from you, through our waitlist form, our tester feedback forms, and your communications with us.
4. Consumer health data we share
We do not sell your consumer health data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform services for us.
5. Categories of third parties we share with
Service providers acting on our behalf: form and survey tools (Tally, Microsoft Forms), file storage and email (Microsoft 365 and OneDrive), our e-commerce platform (Shopify), and, where used, our email-marketing platform.
6. Your rights
You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and to access it; to withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing; and to have your consumer health data deleted. To exercise any of these, email privacy@musclemix.fit. We will respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
7. Consent and sale
We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent. We do not sell consumer health data; any sale would require your separate, specific written authorization, which we do not currently seek.
8. No geofencing
We do not use geofencing around any health-care facility.
